We ship our parcels via PostNL or DPD. Depending on the product and delivery location, we select the most suitable carrier.
Our standard delivery time is 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed on working days before 14:00 are usually delivered the next working day.
Please note that carriers do not process or deliver orders on Sundays and Mondays, which may result in an additional processing day.
You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receipt.
Returns should, where reasonably possible, be sent back complete, unused and in their original condition and packaging.

In all other cases, such as when a product was ordered incorrectly, return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
