Shipping

We ship our parcels via PostNL or DPD. Depending on the destination country, parcel size and available delivery options, your order will be shipped with the most suitable carrier.

Delivery time within the Netherlands

For deliveries within the Netherlands, the delivery time is usually 1 to 2 working days.

Orders placed on working days before 14:00 are processed as quickly as possible. The actual delivery time depends on the carrier.

Delivery time outside the Netherlands

For deliveries outside the Netherlands, the Dutch delivery time of 1 to 2 working days does not apply.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination country and carrier. Any delivery time provided is an estimate and may be longer during public holidays, busy periods or carrier delays.

Track & trace

Once your order has been shipped and tracking is available, you can use the tracking information to follow the current status of your parcel with the carrier.

Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days after receipt. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to return the products.

Returns should, where reasonably possible, be sent back complete, unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Free return shipping applies when:

• you received an incorrect or defective product;
• the product received does not match your order.

In other cases, for example when you ordered the wrong product yourself, return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the applicable amount in accordance with our return conditions.

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange a product? Please contact us first at [email protected] and include your order number.

We review each situation individually and aim to find a suitable solution. In some cases, an exchange may be possible, for example when the wrong product was ordered and another product is ordered from us.

An exchange outside the legal withdrawal period is not covered by the right of withdrawal, but may in some cases be considered as a gesture of goodwill.

Important information

• Please check your order upon receipt.
• Return requests outside the withdrawal period are assessed individually.
• Products that are visibly used or damaged may not be eligible for a full refund.
